二、 存放

為便于機組保修期限的科學計算和滿足用戶盡快投入使用的愿望，及方便機組正常的維護保養(yǎng)，建議當機組到達使用場地后能立即安裝調(diào)試，并安排專職人員負責機組的操作和日常維護保養(yǎng)等工作。
In order to facilitate the scientific calculation of the warranty period of the unit, meet the user's desire to put it into use as soon as possible, and facilitate the normal maintenance of the unit, it is recommended that the unit can be installed and commissioned immediately after arriving at the site of use, and full-time personnel should be arranged to be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the unit.
如因一些特殊原因時，機組需要存放一段時間，則應視時間長短而做出合理可行的存放方案。柴油發(fā)電機組的長期存放會對柴油發(fā)動機和主交流發(fā)電機形成決定性的不利影響，而正確的存放方法是十分必要的。
If the unit needs to be stored for a period of time due to some special reasons, a reasonable and feasible storage plan shall be made according to the length of time. The long-term storage of diesel generator sets will have a decisive adverse impact on diesel engines and main alternators, and the correct storage method is very necessary.
柴油發(fā)電機組的存放應按步驟進行，包括機組全面清潔、保持機組的干燥通風、更換適當品質的新潤滑油、徹底放掉水箱內(nèi)的冷卻液和將機組作防銹處理等。
The storage of diesel generator set shall be carried out according to steps, including overall cleaning of the unit, keeping the unit dry and ventilated, replacing with new lubricating oil of proper quality, completely draining the coolant in the water tank, and treating the unit with rust prevention.
機組的存放地點應能確保不被樹以及物品砸到，以免發(fā)生損壞。并杜絕易燃易爆物品放在柴油發(fā)電機組的周圍，有必要預備一些消防措施，如放置ABC級滅火器等。

The storage location of the unit shall be able to ensure that it is not hit by trees and objects to avoid damage. It is necessary to prepare some fire protection measures, such as placing ABC-level fire extinguishers, etc.
為防止?jié)駳膺M入主交流發(fā)電機線圈，以及大限度地減少濕氣凝結，使發(fā)電機的絕緣性能降低，甚至影響到機組的可使用性，應注意保持發(fā)電機周圍環(huán)境的干燥，或采用一些特殊的措施如利用適當?shù)募訜岢凉裱b置等，使線圈始終保持必要的干燥。 存放機組應避免過熱，過冷或雨淋日曬等。
In order to prevent moisture from entering the main alternator coil and minimize moisture condensation, reduce the insulation performance of the generator and even affect the usability of the unit, it is necessary to keep the surrounding environment of the generator dry, or take some special measures, such as using appropriate heating and dehumidification devices, to keep the coil always dry. The unit shall be stored in such a way as to avoid overheating, overcooling, rain and sunshine.
經(jīng)過一段時間的存放后，應注意在安裝使用前檢查該柴油發(fā)電機組是否有損壞，全面檢查機組電器部分是否被氧化、所有連接部分是否有松動以及主發(fā)電機線圈是否依舊保持干燥及機體表面是否清潔干燥等，必要時應采取適當?shù)拇胧┯枰蕴幚怼?br /> After storage for a period of time, it should be noted that before installation and use, the diesel generator set should be checked for damage, whether the electrical part of the set is oxidized, whether all connecting parts are loose, whether the main generator coil is still dry and whether the body surface is clean and dry, etc., and appropriate measures should be taken to deal with it if necessary.
