發(fā)電機組頻率不穩(wěn)故障原因判斷方法

發(fā)電機組頻率不穩(wěn)故障原因判斷應從可能性大的、較容易檢修的地方人手,應避免盲目拆檢增加維修工作量。從以上故障原因分析,可將引起頻率不穩(wěn)的原因分為發(fā)電機組問題和調速控制系統(tǒng)問題。一般情況下,發(fā)電機組原因導致故障的情況比較常見,而且大多機管人員對柴油機比較熟悉,可先從發(fā)電機組方面入手。

將傳感器拆下清潔后按安裝間隙要求裝復后,故障依然,可將轉速傳感器的因素排除;在發(fā)動機停機狀態(tài),短接控制器1、2腳,執(zhí)行器應輸出大油位,經檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)輸出電壓正常,大供油量位置正確,電磁執(zhí)行器與噴油泵齒條結合處沒有松動現(xiàn)象,可將執(zhí)行器的因素排除;那么引起記載頻率不穩(wěn)故障剩下一個原因了,就是電子調速器調整微分、增益調諧失靈。
